The living room with its sofa-bed, table with chairs and TV, is the first area you encounter, entering this very spacious apartment. The rest is composed of two bedrooms: one with a double king size bed, another with double size bed plus a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has a washing machine and dishwasher. Two independent bathrooms with shower and tub. No air conditioning but electric fans. Central heating. The apartment has been recently restored and newly furnished, is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Weekly rental rate: 750€ for 2 guests, 800€ for 3 guests, 850€ for 4 guests, 900€ for 5 guests, 950€ for 6 guests.

Daily rental rate: 130€/2guests, 140€/3guests, 150€/4guests, 160€/5guests, 170€/6guests.

Booking deposit : 20% of the total rental cost
Area Description
The apartment is located in Via Tasso on the third floor (with lift) of a nice and quiet building, very close to the magnificent Saint John’s Cathedral. By foot or with the public transport (two bus stops) you will be able to reach the Terme di Caracalla, the Domus Aurea and Colisseum considered the symbol of the eternity of Rome. You will be able as well to make wonderful walks in Via Dei Fori Imperiali , next to the ruins of the Roman Forum, and from there get to Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, or the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
