Confortable apartment (60 sq.mt) 2 bedrooms, living/dining, kitchen, bath, sleep up to 6. Air conditioning is provided. The apartment is located right in the heart of Rome historical centre (Colosseum area) at the first floor of a XVI century building. Recently renewed, fully furnished and equipped, the apartment is located in a silent place far away from the city noise. Closeby Piazza Venezia , it is just at a walking distance from the Pantheon as well from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Crossing the Tevere river you can easily reach in few minutes the lovely district of Trastevere, known as the Quartier Latin of Rome for its restorants, pubs, disco, and wine bars.
The apartment is confortable for up to 6 guests and is endowed by a master bedroom with a kingsize bed + single bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds + single bed, a living/dining room with a table and 2 sofa-bed, a kitchenette full equipped (4 gas stove, fridge and all sort of utensils), a bathroom with shower.

Area Description

The area of Colosseum is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the world and has been celebrated in many films. The apartment is strategically situated to walk all through the Historical, Cultural, Commercial and Entertainment centre of Rome: The Roman Forum, The Palatine hill, Piazza del Compidoglio, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, all the main Monuments of the ancient Rome, Museums, Galleries, Theatres, Italian international or of many other nationalities
Restaurants and Night-clubs, the most trendy shops, are at a few minutes on foot. There is a lot of public transport nearby. Buses run to all over Rome every few minutes and the nearest subway station is Colosseo (5 minutes). Rome central Termini Railway Station is 10 minutes by taxi from the apartment or two subway stops from Colosseo. The area is extremely safe: the apartment backs the policeman H.Q. and it is constantly on duty at short distance. From the central railway station
you can reach by fast train Florence in 1 hour and half, Neaple in 2 hours.

Transport

A car is not necessary
Very good: bus stops are everywhere and metro station Colosseo is nearby.
The owner can provide for the transportation from the airport for 40 Euro.
